Thank you for checking out our new blog! This whole journey is new to us, but we very excited to be sharing our teaching lives with you. We hope that this blog will be full of new ideas, reflections on teaching, vulnerable moments sharing our mistakes and the lessons we have learned from each mishap. As we post, our vision is to share stories and relevant content for you to use in your classroom that is easy to use and creates learning opportunities for your learners as they continue to grow and develop.
Throughout the weeks and months we will be comparing and contrasting how things are done in our classrooms. Erin teaches in the southern part of our country in Florida, while Megan is in the Midwest in the great state of Wisconsin. Although we both teach using the Common Core State Standards, our delivery, units of study and school set up is vastly different. We hope that you learn along with us and become an active part of our new journey! Be sure to look for more detailed introductions from each of in the upcoming week and visit us often.
